Established in Encinitas in 2010, Stein Painting Services has been providing high-quality paint finishes for residential and commercial projects. Owner/Project Manager

Bryson Stein

Canadian born, Oregon raised. Moved to Encinitas in '07 after graduating with a BFA from the University of Victoria. Surfer, artist, traveler and craftsman.

Foreman

Tyler Brown

San Diego native, surfer, and clean living enthusiast. Joined the crew in 2016 as a helper and can now run jobs, spray and cut and roll with the best of them.

Lead Painter

Ken Rapp

On the crew since 2020, but came with 18 years of high-end residential experience. California native, family man, and podcaster.

Journeyman Painter

Joe Ivie

New to the team since 2021, but also came with a few years of experience. Also a family man and home inspector.

Project Manager/Painter

Tim Donnelly

Began painting with Bryson at the start of it all, way back in 2011. Most recently, started freelance writing and went part-time with us here. His years of experience and ability make a great asset to the jobs he is on. Surfer and musician.
